What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery date to request a return.
The products must be unwashed and flawless in its original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging, original hangtags attached and any documentation and accessories) and the annexed tax records.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
For both domestic and international returns customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Within and outside of the EU, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through Sàpopa.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do offer size exchanges for the same style and color, as long as the item is in stock. If you would like to order a different size, style or color, please process a return and then place a new order for your desired item.
What should I do if I get a damaged or defective item?
Please send an email to info@sapopa.com in the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow up to 14 days for the return to be processed at our warehouse. Please allow additional time for international orders. You will receive the refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded You can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 2—3 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. We reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges that does not comply with our return policy.
